1. Account & Orders

Q1: How do I create an ISHOPDESI account?
A1: Create an account via our website or app. By setting up an account, you agree to our Terms of Service. You can use your account to place Pick-up Orders, track orders, and access vouchers and account credits.

Q2: How does a Pick-up Order work?
A2: When you place a Pick-up Order through our app, it must be accepted by us or the Partner Store. You receive a Confirmation Notice when accepted; orders may be rejected if items are unavailable or the store is busy.

Q3: Can I cancel a Pick-up Order?
A3: Yes. Cancel anytime before the Partner Store starts preparing it ("Started Order"). After prep starts, the full cost may be charged. Voucher-paid orders follow voucher rules.

Q4: What happens if I don’t collect on time?
A4: Partner Stores hold items for 60 minutes after the target pick-up time. If uncollected, the order may be cancelled or disposed of and still charged.

2. Vouchers & Account Credit

Q5: What are vouchers and account credits?
A5: Vouchers are promotional credits; Account Credits are applied at ISHOPDESI’s discretion. Both can be used to pay for eligible items.

Q6: How do I use a voucher?
A6: Apply a voucher by entering the code at checkout or via the Your Offers and Rewards section. One voucher per order; single-use.

Q7: What happens if I cancel an order paid with a voucher?
A7: The voucher is not restored. If it was a New Customer Voucher, you will no longer be eligible for subsequent new customer vouchers.

Q8: Can vouchers or credits be exchanged for cash?
A8: No. Credits are non-transferable and non-cash.

3. Perishable Products

Q9: What items are considered perishable?
A9: Selected fruits & vegetables, bakery items, meat, poultry, seafood, eggs, dairy, dairy alternatives, and other fresh/chilled foods sold by our partners.

Q10: What if I’m not satisfied with a perishable item?
A10: If a perishable item doesn’t meet our quality standards or is near its best-before date (day-of or next day), request a refund or account credit via Order History or support.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

Q11: How does ISHOPDESI protect my personal data?
A11: We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and apply appropriate security and legal bases.

Q12: How can I access, update, or delete my information?
A12: Update or delete via app/website. Some data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Q13: What are my data rights?

A18: We are responsible for foreseeable loss resulting from our breach or lack of reasonable care. We are not liable for unforeseeable loss or user/third-party faults.
