Because most groceries are perishable, traditional returns are limited. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right through replacements or refunds.

Report an issue

  • Damaged, unsafe, or incorrect items: contact us within 14 working days.
  • Chilled or frozen items: report issues on the day of delivery.
  • Provide photos when possible to speed up resolution.

Resolutions we offer

  • Replacement or redelivery of the affected item.
  • A suitable substitution agreed with you.
  • A refund for the affected item if replacement is not available.
